MESSAGE FROM PROCUREMENT OFFICER

The Procurement Department at The Maasai National Polytechnic is responsible for the procurement of goods, works, and services in strict compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 (PPDA Act) and related regulations. The department coordinates supplier registration, tendering processes, procurement planning, contract management, and disposal procedures while ensuring transparency, fairness, accountability, and value for money.

Over the past few years, the department has played a key role in improving service delivery and supporting institutional operations through timely procurement of goods, works, and services. The department has also contributed significantly to infrastructure development and modernization within the institution, leading to improved learning and working environments compared to previous years.
